Little Teochew's Chicken Bulgogi~

If you know us.. you know we love all these flavorful sweet and spicy dishes..

I loved her presentation when I saw it~ And I was determined and happy and anxious to make it~

Her photo made me think ....this will be delicious.. and it is~

I did what she did.. added the chili paste..etc... and I added

I buy them in a spice store that I favor at a special market.

It's a magnificent little dish..both Jacques and I loved it~

Thank you!

A most charming blog~

It's fresh..and inspiring!

  1. Georgeous presentation... I'm trying to imagine what it's like to eat at Nana's house... Never a dull meal I'm sure. Do you ever have breakfast for dinner?...I enjoy a breakfast entree at anytime, Mr. Wonderful struggels with that, Ha! xoxo~Kathy~ Sweet Up-North Mornings...

  2. Oh, I forgot...about white couches for your backporch with 4 little ones.... Go for it Nana, it's time! Slipcovers are washable and that coral chair in my living room gets a chanelle spread thrown over it when my little Grands come. Go for the gusto!!! xoxo~Kathy, Up-North.
