Pour L'Amour Des Courges~

I love this way of serving zucchini~Ribbon Candy that is good for you~

It's easy and pretty and tasty~

Simply mandoline yellow and green zucchini.. brush w/ olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite herbs..S and P... thread on a pre-soaked bamboo skewer~ribbon style~
Grill...

And serve alongside the meal you will eat~ We had steak et frites..

Délicieux, beau et simple.

  10. Je pense que tu parles plutôt de courgettes (zucchini), les courges chez nous, même si elles sont de la même famille sont toujours plus grosses.
    bonne journée.

  13. Monique, je also amour courges, or something like that.

I especially like that you've combined and skewered, both yellow squash and zucchini. Where as people, like me, would plop the whole thing on a plate and yell come and get it.

What an arstistic flair you have mon ami!
