A Beautiful Dish~

I wish I could show you all done:)But you will just go visit here and see for yourself~:) The finished dish is there...IN all it's beauty!
When I saw Lori's Pomegranate and Avocado Chicken Paillards..I just knew I had to make them..

It's DELICIOUS! AND beautiful..My only regret? Eating it in winter..in the dark..This dish.. screams light it's so pretty..I will definitely make this again.. as soon as we eat in daylight again..for the jewels to sparkle as they should..:)
Tnank you Lori!
PS..I could have never taken the time to get a good shot..we both could not wait..Lori..I appreciate all the finished dish photos you take:) How else would I know I would love it so?:)
This dish is offered as my way to have fun with Lori and Ann and the others today~

  2. The colours in that dish are so vibrant. As Lori said, "little Jewels".

  3. A beautiful dish, indeed! Pretty petite rubies shimmering in the dish. Does it get dark very early, Monique? I would like to make a dish with pomegranates too. Perhaps when they are in season ... they are quite expensive here in Singapore. Your photo IS a good shot. ;)

  11. Your pictures always look so yummy! I am glad you stopped by, I went to look at my blog again and half of the writing was missing..... I had put credit to you for my cookies (even though my almonds are upside down) and it wasn't there. I redid it so you can see, I also put that the bunny was from Lori Ann at Spotted Hare......
What are you doing in the office today? Go, go relax, I am baking a chocolate cake.....may post later, I forgot to take pictures though!!!!
    Cheers,

  14. Pomegranate molasses is a staple! I also love it with pork. But don't you hate it! I get it all ready and am famished so would rather eat than take pics.

I also like pom juice concentrate.. nothing beats the real thing..but these little condiment/syrups are real flavor enhancers~

Maureen..My office is open all weekend and we have turns manning the office..:)
