Soul Food #55~

I'm partial to pinks and blues..But sometimes in Spring..a bouquet cries out for Tuscan colors..

So these have been planted~

Planting bulbs always reminds me of the movie One True Thing~When Renee Zellweger is planting bulbs for her mom♥
You just need a spade..a shovel..some dirt..and some bulbs..You'll be happy you did it next Spring~

I am almost certain of it~

  2. As I plant spring bulbs, I always think of the "harvest". You've chosen some lovely colors and I'm sure you'll enjoy the reward to come.

  5. I never planted any last year as we were reveling in our first grand baby but I'd better get some in the ground this year. I love the colors you picked!

It's nice to think of spring and rebirth but I don't want to think of winter. My gardener's heart needs some serious help during those months.

  6. I have two big bags of tulips to plant. It is always so exciting in the spring when they bloom.

  7. I always love to plant some new bulbs in the fall for more beauty in the spring garden.
I have watched that movie several times!

  9. Another lovely post. Thanks for the gardening reminder. It's supposed to cool a little around here in the next couple of weeks and maybe I will feel like digging in the yard then! I hope so - the spring pay-off will be so well worth it! :D

  10. I am such a sad little person.... I just spent the last five minutes swooshing my mouse across your screen to watch the stars that followed... perhaps I need a life? LOL

  14. I'm partial to blues and pinks as well. I've always wanted to plant some pink ruffled tulips, but the critters around here love them, too.

Can't wait to see your little bit of Tuscany in the spring...please share :-)
