It's all about the gardens:) And Noah's 14th birthday..wow..14..unimaginable ..I keep repeating myself but time is whizzing by.
The thing I enjoy about photography ..is ..well one of the things I enjoy..is that sometimes the lens catches something you didn't..like that hovering wee creature above the zinnia..
Or all the lace patterns on a dragonfly's wings.
Have a very good coming week~
Love your garden plants ! …14 years,…o my we are getting older and older 🙈🙈 happy July love Ria ans Leaf 🍀🐾💗🍀

ReplyDeleteThanks so much Penny!
ReplyDeleteIt has been a good/bad start to our month. Thank you for sharing such beauty. I needed that.
ReplyDeleteOh I thought things were looking up!My dear friend ..80..had covid has had covid..scheduled for knee replacement tomorrow..hospital called.. tested positive for covid:(No symptoms whatsoever! Not out of the woods..I still wear my mask shopping..
DeleteI will echo all the previous comments, a big thank you, Monique for bringing us beauty. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they inspire me. Your clematis is amazing this year! And your zinnias are blooming. Mines are lagging behind, I think there might be a few tiny buds, and that gives me hope that there might be a blaze of zinnia color against the old fence sooner than later. Today we celebrate freedom in the states and yesterday was Canada Day for all our friends up north. May God help our great nations to do what is right to keep us free, and help other nations to do the same. Have a great week. BTW, I don't believe I've ever noticed the intricacy of a dragonfly's wing. Wow!
ReplyDeleteThese zinnias started as seeds in my basement and something is nibbling at them:( The good thing is I read giving them a haircut makes them branch out.A lot of rain so many clematis profusely blooming while some that are usually stellar are doing almost nothing..somethings up w/ that area as the tomatoes seem stunted too..Oh lala.Oh my every day not great stories from both our countries:( So sad..
DeleteHeres keeping hope for our countries and our zinnias:)
Meant to say a big happy birthday to Noah. Fourteen is a great age.
ReplyDeleteThank you! He'll be having lunch with us I think maybe once a week next yr as his school will be walking distance..The other three are off to Naples Fl ..FBU excited they are..
DeleteBeautiful blooms to admire. They look so happy. Love the nana sign. Happy Birthday to Noah.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Our town is strewn with her signs:) I have always loved them:)Noah's off to Maine next week:)
DeleteStunning clematis. I love the way you have them intertwined in the other plants. Is that a Jackmanii that is spilling over. Mine has only just started to open. My garden is way behind yours this year but I’m grateful that anything survived the extreme weather we had on the west coast in 2021.
ReplyDeleteI know..Im filled with gratitude also! Yes Jackmanii..the others are Bletkiny Aniol(blue angeL.. The soft blue big blooms.. Betty Corning the blue bells..And some Viticellas..Etoile Violette is there too.. Arabella ..I just used to collect them..then room ran out:) And I dont find my area carries a great variety..Thank you!
DeleteMonique, your lens captures amazing images! I marvel at your beautiful photography. I want to stroll among your garden blooms, soak in the fresh, cool air, and sit and visit with a dear friend. Happy July and Happy Birthday to Noah!

DeleteHappy Birthday to Noah :--) Your clematis are stealing the garden show.
ReplyDeleteJust for now.. I need rain again:)
DeleteJust like this last week, time does fly! We had a wicked storm last night...maybe 2 inches of rain! We needed it. Luckily, we got in an entire round of golf before it happened. :) Happy Birthday to sweet Noah! We'll be there before I know what happened, I'm sure. Love, love, your beautiful garden and cute little creatures. The head planter looks so relaxed there - LOL.
