So busy.. I apologize for the lack of posts..
But we have been busy..I'll be back to a faithful routine soon..
Tonight was Carbonara..an old standby...
So easy w/ staples on hand..
some eggs...
Some bacon..or pancetta..linguini..
onions..garlic..
Cooking liquid from the pasta and great Great Parmigiano...
Le tour est joué..in a blink of an eye..when Happy Feet keep us occupied..
Happy ..busy feet:)
