Most of you pinned these~ As I did ♥

Well if you have not tried..I am here to tell you they work:) I used EVOO and a touch of butter and Rosemary for my first try~ I had to try..too pretty in the Pinner's pic:) If you go on my Pinterest you will find the link~ I plan on trying different herbs..and trays.. So nice to have these handy..toss in your fave pasta dish:)And how very pretty.. Pretty makes me want to be w/ ings. in the kitchen.. Or Anthony Bourdain's voice.. Tonight I tossed 2 hearts in a fresh tomato sauce..That I prepared to put on our friend's recipe of Eggplant Parmigiana..served w/ a side of Mini Gnocchis..So good..they introduced us to those also~ These are just so right. I love Pinterest:) Bon Weekend..and Happy Father's Day to all the dads~x

  5. If you freeze oil... try using a nut oil like walnut or hazelnut and stick it under the skin of a chicken or gamebird... sensational! Beautiful picture as always.
