Easy Peasy~

The easiest Peanut Butter Cookies I have ever made..

La Recette~

Courtesy of my Extra Smooth Kraft Peanut Butter jar~

1 cup extra smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg

Mix all ingredients until homogenous..make 2 4 little balls place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart .. make marks with fork an bake at 325 for ap 15 mins..don't overbake~
They melt in your mouth~

Have I told you I eat at least 1 tbsp of peanut butter every day? I've tried all natural.. almond..etc..Kraft is still my favorite..Must be childhood memories.I still love peanut butter and banana..and my mom often made me little rolled up ones with the banana in the middle..that's love:)

I used the words Easy peasy once with Lucas.. about an hour later they were his favorite words that day..He just kept saying it while doing things..Easy peasy.
Thank goodness I don't really have a potty mouth.

  5. Bonjour ma chère Nana,
Vous êtes une tentatrice! Vs photos me mettent l'eau à la bouche.
    gros bisous

  8. I have heard of these cookies Monique, but have always been a bit afraid of baking them because it doesn't seem possible that they could work out. I can see that they clearly do though, for yours look fabulous! I like skippy peanutbutter or kraft. You can't get either over here. I can find the skippy once in a blue moon and when I do I buy a HUGE jar of it. I love peanutbutter, always have done, always will! xxoo

  15. I haven't made peanut butter cookies since my girls left home. No flour? They look beautiful! My favorite peanut butter is Skippy Natural. Have you heard peanut butter prices are going to rise because of bad weather in the peanut growing areas? I hope not! I have peanut butter on toast a couple of times a week ;)

  16. I had heard about these, but the teller is a terrible cook so I discounted them. Now, I can't wait to try them. I eat a spoonful of pb each day to, with a banana and milk. I love to 'cook' that way when I'm alone.

  27. I can't believe with so few ingredients you get such results! Un fortunately we're aren't peanut butter fans..It is catching up in France though, even though we still only get peanut butter at the imported sections. but maybe my family will eat peanut butter cookies...how can I NOT try such a quick, but good looking recipe?
and hehe...I giggled at your potty mouth expression...never heard it before!
