How beautiful. I would love to live in that house on the bottom left with the pretty blue shutters. Reminds me of Provence.

It is fun to surround yourself with favorite things and memories. I am partial to the entrance with the brown door and beautiful floors.

Everything is so beautiful Monique. I love it when you do these lovely little collages. They are like a dream to me. xxoo
ReplyDeleteWish I had the space to collect soup tureens, Monique. I LOVE them! Only have one, though. I'm trying to downsize here as I get older...very difficult when I see images like yours. :)
ReplyDeleteI only have 2 tureens..they were gifts.:) I wish I could tell you where they are from..I am downsizing as I get older also:)
ReplyDeleteTrying..
We've been married so long..with the years..you save things..
have a lovely day..Thank you for your nice comments.
Wonderful collage. Nothing there that couldn't be one of my favorite things!! I am especially intrigued by doors (and gates). When we lived in Charleston, S.C., I was always photographing them--a "lurker" with a camera.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
Beautiful Monique...I don't think I can ever grow tired of doors and windows, wherever they may be... or asparagus, whichever way served, or tureens, especially when old...or monograms, anywhere...so many beautiful things..!

Yes, definitely some of my favorites too, especially the way you show them off! Beauty feeds the soul doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteYour home must be beautiful! You have quite an eye all things French. You must have been from the South of France in a former life.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blog! Love all your photos- so chic!
ReplyDeleteI love those doors and windows too - opening into a dream world of beauty!
ReplyDeleteThose are some of my favorite things, too. You are missing one thing....you!! Have a restful, well deserved break. Take time for yourself, your husband and your family.
ReplyDeleteThank you for all of the beautiful magic you bring to us. ♥♥
Monique I tried to leave a comment on 'Petites Pies' but it says: New comments have been disabled for this post by a blog administrator.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
I thought there was something wrong the other day when I wanted to comment, I just couldn't! but anyways I was going to say that I really love your mini pies, I'm a big fan of individual desserts or petite desserts, you can be more careful with the portions you are eating
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as always
ReplyDeleteYou're such a clever duck!
I enjoyed your piece about the cute little pie maker and you've reminded me how much I miss cooking from Jamie's cookbooks. His style is so effortless and his personality engaging. Have a wonderful break full of more of your favorite things!
