Le Mariage De Sylvie~

L'Amour~ Toujours l'Amour~

When a friend married recently..and I was unable to attend..I packed a gift for her and added a small token of my affection for them..

Le Mariage De Sylvie~..

Et Robert♥
May their life together be exactly that..a lifetime of Affection and Devotion~♥
They are truly a match made in heaven~
God Bless Them.

P.S. The little pillow is burlap..but the top is made w/ the Reynold's paper and fabric that I shared in a previous post~
The Graphic is from Heidi..that I miss..Her site seems to have disappeared.
These little pillows/cushions are fun to make and personalize~

I just added words..The magic of Photoshop~

  1. that is sooooo adorable, oolala they must have been enchanted~

  2. That is a wonderful "trick". I love the idea and can think of a number of ways to use it. Thank you!

  3. Love the idea... can't wait to give it a try!!!

  4. Stunning and precious gift for this couple. I'm keeping this idea in my files. I've made pillows for wedding or baby showers and love this idea. Thank you for sharing.

  5. A very sweet gift and sentiment that they are sure to cherish! Congratulations to your friends and may they have a wonderful life together.

  6. Beautiful gift and beautiful words ~ I hope that Sylvie and Robert are truly happy!

  7. It's gorgeous, such a thoughtful gift, Monique.

  8. I was looking at your older posts and enjoying all the beautiful photos then go back to my blog & you've left me a little note. I always love hearing from you & thank you for the little prayer for Gigi. I do love the Amelie movie, we made a little garden item to fit in within my love for the movie I'll be showing some time soon (not a big item, just fun).

  9. Monique, this is just beautiful! I will have to go look up your technique- I'd love to make one of these for a dear friend who has been so good to us these past several months. Just lovely
    xoxo Pattie

  10. This is something I would love to receive, therefore something I'd love to give. I've checked out your instructional post and actually think I might be able to do this. Thanks so much!

  11. What a beautiful gift -- and how special!

  12. What a fABULOUS little wedding gift! I just love it Monique!! Your talents are endless! xxoo

  13. It is beautiful! I will have to try your heaven on a plate-it looks delicious.

  14. A magical gift from a magical you!

  15. I hope one day you all show and tell:) Have a wonderful day~

  16. I love this, Monique! But when I went and read your link I stopped when I thought about running this through my ever-touchy printer. Will it really go through??

  17. It does..I use an older HP.. the fabric is the thinnest you can find..once you fuse the freezer paper to the fabric..they become one..make sure you cut loose ends that could snag in the printer..but it really is thin.. make usre you place the paper the right side to print..and when prompted by your printer..I chose other specialty the beginning I had not chosen the right setting and it did not's a breeze now..
    I don't even worry..

Just hold your breath and hope:)It should work but I would not want to be responsible for your machine..I find this set up thinner than the printable Avey fabric paper:) then I love peeling it off:)

  18. What a beautiful gift, Monique. I know it will be treasured by the recipients. I've never tried running fabric through my printer. I can see possibilities here.

  19. What a wonderfully creative gift. I love burlap, and all that can be done with it. Have a wonderful weekend.

  20. Very sweet Monique.

    I like it too!
