I grew up on these..
Leftover mashed potatoes fresh cooked salmon or a can of good quality salmon.. ....chives..an egg.. chopped scallions..celery salt.. lemon juice and rind.. Shaped and coated in seasoned breadcrumbs..pan seared..
I love them because she made them..even though they weren't heart shaped:)
Cause I knew.. the were heartfelt~
They tasted so..
Maybe that's why they still taste like filet mignon or châteaubriand to me:)
Just don't expect everyone to think so:)
WE had a salad on the side..and on another side..
