ReplyDeleteLooks so light and perfect for this heatwave we're having. Just looking at them cools me off!
ReplyDeleteI remember them very well. J's aunt use to make the best 7 layer salad for all the family gatherings. Your minis are adorable.
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute in the little cups!
ReplyDeleteI remember very well. we call that just layer salad (Schicht salat), and my mother used to make that for family potlucks. The idea with the verrine is so cute and a wonderful idea.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Monique. I especially love the individually-sized versions!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorites! I have never put in radishes but I will be! Love the idea of individual servings!
ReplyDeleteWe used to put tiny cauliflower florets in ours instead of the radishes. The small cup salads are a great idea.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea--7 layer verrines! (This would be a good way to ensure portion control...) I love your photos and your ideas.
ReplyDeleteWell, of course I remember them. But not displayed in tiny little cups. Precious!
ReplyDeleteI love them in the petite size, M! That is a brilliant presentation (and MUCH neater way of serving.) Excellent idea! :)
ReplyDeletei have never seen a more beautiful and more original salad. What a unique way of presenting them!
ReplyDeleteI haven't had that in years. It looks downright refreshing in the little glass cups. I love a great presentation.
